Excellent
Lucky Underwood Construction completed a very successful renovation of the kitchen, sun room, and laundry room in our home that included removal of a load-bearing wall and raising the floor of the sunroom. LUC had creative ideas for accomplishing the work and they were responsive to every request and concern. LUC subcontractors were competent and LUC held them to excellent completion standards. Two of his sons did much of the work on the project and were a pleasure to work with. We were very pleased with all of the work that was done. And we highly recommend LUC for similar or even more complicated construction work with no reservations.

The construction done by Lucky and his sons was excellent! The new addition was built stronger than our house! I don’t know that we could have a better job from anyone else. We met Lucky after speaking with 8 other contractors and liked his confidence and knowledge and he was also an engineer which was reflected in his workmanship. His design was better then we expected or even thought of. His two sons did most of the hard work and not only were they extremely knowledgeable they were very pleasant to have working in our home. Lucky expected a lot from any of his subcontractors and made sure it was done right Anything we asked he went above and beyond to do. I don’t think construction is ever a pleasant experience but I think Lucky and his team got us through it. We most certainly would hire him again.
